It’s a great location, near the interstate. It has a very friendly staff with a can do attitude. They are very accommodating! They have a clean pool area, both inside and out. I will use this location in the future.

This hotel made me feel respected: They even asked if they could open the pool after hours for us as we were a late check-in.

It was very clean and convenient. The suite was especially nice and a good value for the money.

The front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The room and bathroom were very clean. Everything you could possibly think of was in the room, we didn't have to call the front desk for anything, it was a great visit.

This hotel made me feel respected: Shortly after we checked in I went to the front desk to ask about local restaurants, and the staff knew me by name. Every time we went by the desk they asked if we needed anything, and if we were happy with our accommodations.

I stayed at this hotel five nights last summer. The water in the tub did not go down. They tried to fix it and only created a mildew stink. They changed our room and the water in that tub didn't go down either.

While that was happening, housekeeping didn't close our door properly and our room was left unsecured all day. We didn't want to be uprooted a third time so they gave us the room across the hall to shower in. Our time was wasted on all this switching rooms. I complained to the manager who said that she could give me ten percent off. I didn't think that was acceptable so she said she would contact the owner and call me. She never called. I complained to choice hotels who referred my complaint back to the same manager. She sent me a letter stating that they "tried" to fix the problems (like leaving my room open?) and offered me nothing else. Skip this hotel. There are plenty of other options in town.
