25 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I decided to use Comfort Inn and Suites while I went to Rocklahoma. I made reservations almost nine months in advance to guarantee room availability. Just recently I called to confirm the reservation and was told the confirmation number that I was given was not right. Make sure that if you have a reservation with them that you get some sort of paper confirmation. Now my husband and I are on a frantic search for a hotel room because some employee didn't do her job right.

The toilet paper could be softer. The bar soap could be bigger.

I had a difficult time getting my room cleaned in a timely manner. On one day, the room was not cleaned at all and I did not get clean towels or cleaning at all. Otherwise, the suite I stayed in was comfortable and roomy. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff.
