Comfort Inn and Suites Paramus Hotel

I liked the restaurant next door to the hotel. The hotel is on a main traveling route. There are many stores around the hotel.

The bed was comfortable.

The motel was relatively new and the facility was very clean and fresh looking. They served a lovely breakfast. There was a restaurant nearby that you could go to if you chose to. The motel was difficult to get into because you had to cross over the exiting lane of the Garden State Parkway. It could be dangerous.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly and did what they could to make you feel welcome. If there was a problem, they were very willing to help.

It is an excellent hotel, with great staff and a prime location. The Red Lobster restaurant next door was a bonus!

This hotel made me feel respected: The group I organized to stay at the hotel arrived at different times throughout the day. I was the last to arrive and upon check in I was informed that my group had arrived and on their whereabouts.

One complaint was there was a mistake in our bill when we checked out which we caught. The location was on a highway and it was difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. The breakfasts were wonderful, the place was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was great. I'd recommend the motel.

This hotel made me feel secure: The place was well lit. There was staff on the premises all the time. There was a nice lounge to sit in which was in view of the staff.
