Comfort Inn and Suites Norcross Hotel - Page 1

Things have really changed at this hotel. The last time we stayed we were not entirely happy, but things are picking up. The area is more like a beautiful garden and well lit.

Our room was clean and perfect, everything worked well and we really appreciated the wonderful breakfast, you have got to see this!

The service and concern for the guest was outstanding, the General Manager made our stay a real delight.

This Comfort Inn and Suites is one of the BEST Hotels I have ever stayed in.

The light was out in the bathroom and the toilet kept clogging. After my husband notified the front desk about it, they offered to switch our rooms, however it was eleven thirty at night and our children were asleep already. The staff could not find a plunger anywhere and the light was not something they wanted us to fix. So we had to deal with it until we checked out the next day. It seemed that a hotel chain like Choice could have a handyman on standby.
