On Oct 21 and 22, we rent a room for two days, and wanna to stay one more days, but the front desk called us at 10am, and have sold it to someone else, and want us to get out. That is not really a Hospitality. The people work on front desk is awful for making people to get out while they sold it to someone else, while we are still in the room. That is no good. I will never come back that this kind of personality of your. they are not friendly, not smiley, not polite, acting not care, and such an awful personality. 41005 California Oaks Rd Murrietta, Ca 92562 is not a good choice to go there. I want my money back.

They have great customer service. They’re always available and willing.

This hotel made me feel important: I asked for a handicap room and was booked in a room that was more than I expected. The bathroom was very, very clean and that is important to me.

I loved the customer service and the rooms, continental breakfast and most of all that it had an indoor pool.
