Seriously this dump should be condemned - soiled linens and fixtures, stained carpeting, and the overwhelming stink of raw sewage. Coupled with a poor Wi-Fi signal, lack of water pressure, and useless staff, this hotel is completely unacceptable to both tourists and business travelers alike.

I know only next time when I get in comfort Inn I don't want to see Michael working as a front desk staff anymore. His attitude makes Comfort Inn get lower rate. He doesn't want to help us to get a room even we feel so tired from long flight. My company has contract with Comfort Inn. I got the feeling that he hates crew members, he try to play with us. He likes to see us have no choice by using policy from the book, no flexible. I don't think he can do any service job.
However, I would like to thank you Christina another staff at front desk, she is the one who helps us. This is not the first time. Last 4 months we had the same experience about check in at Comfort Inn. First we went to Michael, he didn't want to help us. After that I went to Christina, she did find room for us right away.
This happened on 02/24/08 at 10:15 P.M. I hope they 'll do something to make it better.

Pros: close to Airport
Cons: Main floor area smelled musty. Only 1 elevator worked and it was very slow. Very worn room furnishings and carpet. Continental brakefast felt like being part of a feeding frenzy. Breakfast staff was understaffed...
