I know only next time when I get in comfort Inn I don't want to see Michael working as a front desk staff anymore. His attitude makes Comfort Inn get lower rate. He doesn't want to help us to get a room even we feel so tired from long flight. My company has contract with Comfort Inn. I got the feeling that he hates crew members, he try to play with us. He likes to see us have no choice by using policy from the book, no flexible. I don't think he can do any service job.

However, I would like to thank you Christina another staff at front desk, she is the one who helps us. This is not the first time. Last 4 months we had the same experience about check in at Comfort Inn. First we went to Michael, he didn't want to help us. After that I went to Christina, she did find room for us right away.

This happened on 02/24/08 at 10:15 P.M. I hope they 'll do something to make it better.

It was an okay hotel for the price.

The hotel's location was poor. There was no shopping or mall nearby. It was not the best part of town. Also, the cafe in the hotel should have better food.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn and Suites Miami Airport.
I might recommend it to friends.

This particular hotel is located in a very bad section of town. I think Comfort Inns are probably fine in general, but would not recommend anyone staying at that one.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was a modest room at a reasonable price.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn and Suites Miami Airport.
