The toilet would not flushed, and after they sent someone to fix it, the toilet kept running and I had to call the desk clerk again and have the repair man come back and fix it the way it should have been before I arrived. I was very unsatisfied with the problem and the need to have a repair man come twice for the same reason.

I enjoyed the courtesy of the staff. I appreciated the helpful knowledge of the van driver and the front desk staff.

All was satisfactory. The only problem was that the bathroom toilet was not working properly. Only one computer was available for use at this hotel.

The hotel was very clean. The people were very friendly. The area was very easy to find and close to the malls.

This hotel made me feel respected: They treated me as a customer should be treated. They were very courteous and friendly.

It was a nice hotel, it was clean and it had a nice continental breakfast. It is close to the belt line for getting there and out the next morning for business.
