We stayed two nights(Feb.2 and3,2008) and from the minute we arrived at the front desk, we were treated like royalty.All the staff went out of their way

to call us taxis, show us maps of the Boston area and answer all the questions we had.We were travelling with two friends of ours who are blind and the great hospitality that the staff gave us, really made our stay very special.The rooms were very clean and the continental breakfast was great.The Margaritas

Restaurant in the hotel was excellent.We would recommend this Hotel to everyone who likes a great staff who makes you feel like a friend.

They were very helpful with information about transportation from the hotel. They provided extra towels and toiletries.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were dead bolts on the room doors. The lobby doors were locked after ten o'clock in the evening and the staff was there twenty four hours.

It did not meet my standards of cleanliness. The tub was stained and the wallpaper was torn.

We received a smoking room. The staff was unable to change it until the following day. Our family has allergies and was very uncomfortable due to the smoke.

It was farther from mass transit than expected.
