Comfort Inn and Suites Lakeland Hotel

The only displeasure I had with the Comfort Inn and Suites hotel was that I requested a ground floor room and I did not receive it even I booked it some time in advance. This is not the first year I requested a ground floor and I was not given one at chec

We stay only at Comfort Inn hotels. We are always treated well and we have had only one bad experience in the last ten years.

The hotel did not honor my Choice Privilege card, stating it was because I cannot use a discount from my job and the Choice Privilege. To me I should have received credit for staying towards my free nights.

It was a great stay as usual. The front desk was great.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk was very friendly.

I had reserved an NSQQ, however, when I arrived a NSK1 was reserved. I did have a voucher that could not be used after I was told that it would be used. The management did try to amend my loss by allowing me to have the rollaway bed at no cost to me. The sad part about this ordeal was that I had made this reservation at least three to four months in advance.
