Horrible
Absolutely nothing! This hotel was not staffed with professionals from answering the telephones to front desk operations. The staff seemed to be going through the motions with regards to their jobs with little concern of customer service. I will not ...

This is the hotel to stay at! Everyone was friendly and the staff treated my family reunion with much respect as we never left home. we will make sure that all our friends and families are aware of this hotel!
I've made a few trips to Southern California in the past few months...this is by far my favorite place to stay. The front desk staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms that I have stayed in are very clean, comfortable and quiet. In the morning, you can go downstairs for Belgian waffles, ham, eggs, cereal, bagels or whatever suits your fancy. The area makes me feel secure since I usually travel alone or alone with my daughters. We are able to walk down the block to the nearest restaurant worry-free. I love this place...

Good
Somewhat large, quiet room.Value for the money. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was adequate and the facilities were slightly detracted from by things such as the presence of rat traps, etc.
