The hotel is near LAX and convenient to the areas I am visiting. The hotel staff knows me and is welcoming. They have a very nice continental breakfast.
This hotel made me feel welcome: I am a frequent guest and they acknowledge and greet me.

The hotel was fine, I guess, but the area is not the greatest and I was warned not to go out alone after dark and preferably not alone during the daytime, if possible.

I have stayed a this hotel over the past 12-15 years. Although it has changed management the personnel is friendly, a continental breakfast is offered and the service is satisfactory for the price.

Other Comfort Inns I've stayed at are much better. Had free internet access in the rooms, indoor pools, breakfast including fresh waffles. This one didn’t have anything mentioned above. Also, I received misinformation about the shuttle to the airport from the front desk clerk.

I was happy that they had a van to pick you up from and to the airport. I wish it would be for all of their hotels and inns.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They were courteous, and if you needed something repaired they came to fix or correct it fast. When it came to check out, it was so easy without any hassles or waiting.
