38 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business
The complimentary happy hour made returning there after working all day quite enjoyable.
This hotel made me feel secure: The security guard was in the parking lot late at night when I went to check on my truck and equipment. I was asked in the hotel to show my room key before entering the hallway.

The Comfort Inn that I stayed in was very nice and I had no complaints of any kind. I would definitely stay there again.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The people were very friendly and I felt like I belonged there.

20 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
My room reservation was lost and they were almost full but they still had record that I should have had a room. They were able to find me a room that was better than the one I had reserved and they gave it to me for the same price.

The staff at the desk was not very friendly or welcoming. The room was clean and nice, but it was loud occasionally and the front desk did little to stop the noise in the halls.

Great for gropus and close to Mission Bay/ Sea World. Rooms were clean and comfortable, pools were great for hanging out in and central within facility. Restaurant was handy for breakfast and regrouping.

The front desk guy in the night shift had very bad attitude and the photo of the room is misleading, and the room had a bad tobacco smell.

We arrived after one o'clock in the morning with no reservations and the desk clerk was able to get us into a room very quick. I liked the clean room and the good maid service.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly and helpful, even late at night. The rooms were well lit.

I really liked the staff. They were helpful and friendly. The bed was great. The City of San Diego turned water off for four to six hours at a time twice during the weeklong stay.
This hotel made me feel respected: The folks there were so courteous and friendly.

It was nice enough, and provided easy access to San Diego's main points of interest. It is located on the south side of the highway, so don't confuse it with the Comfort Inn on the north side.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They greeted us with a smile, and were prompt and courteous. They answered all of our questions, and provided good information about the area.

It had free wireless Internet access and was very clean. It lacked a fridge and microwave, something most motels now have, so it would not be good for a longer stay.

The room wasn't what I reserved but it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is pretty good especially for the price. The nearby restaurant was pretty good. Cab cost about $12 to get to Balboa Park, which is a good place to go, or to Old Town, a historical point of interest.
