Comfort Inn and Suites Hot Springs Hotel

The people are what keep me coming to this hotel. They are friendly and they remember my name! Of course I do stay there a lot.

This hotel made me feel important: They remembered my name and asked something specific about an event in my life.

I stayed here for a week, but never again. It was noisy, and there were some snotty women at the front desk, the room was very dusty, they had a super slow elevator. They were also in an inconvenient location, you can get within view of the place and it takes another 20 minutes to a half hour to get in the lot because of the horrible traffic lights and constant congestion by the mall.

It was fine. I enjoyed the pool. The continental breakfast was fine and quick. The rooms were opened to accommodate large crowds in the mornings.

It was a very nice stay. My family enjoyed it.
