The woman at the desk let us check out a few rooms before we decided where to stay. The hotel pool was great, not too cold for our kids and in a beautiful sunny room.
The breakfast staff was friendly and nice.

It was excellent! I was very impressed with the continental breakfast lay out. It was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I were in that area again I would stay there.

We arrived with a reservation. we were greeted with a warm wellcome and up to our suites in few minutes.Room was very clean and comfortable. staff was always helpful. we'll return again and reccomend this hotel for your berkshires stay.
