Over the past few months I have traveled to Little Rock to visit a family member. From the first stay, they have treated me like family and made me feel at home. The customer service here is above and beyond what anyone would expect. The rooms are always clean and the staff will do whatever it takes to make a guest feel welcome in this big city.

The customer service here is the best I have ever experienced. The staff, most notably XXX, is simply the best. They are extremely knowledgable about the area, history and pretty much anything you need to know. Deluxe breakfast is great. Rooms...
63 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
They made me wait until I got to the airport to dispatch the driver even though I called when the flight left St Louis. Then someone forgot about me and I waited at airport for an hour.
After the driver picked me up they were extremely helpful in arranging for my getting to and from downtown and to the airport.
I am not likely
to return to the Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown at the Clinton Library.
I would not recommend it to friends.
