55 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Service was good. The breakfast they put out was good, room was clean, the bathroom was also very good. the staff was very helpful. We only had one complaint we stayed on the 6th floor witch was a no smoking floor. When we returned for the night the hall by our door stunk of smoke. We told the desk we thought it was the room next to us. I guess some people are born stupid to take a room on a no smoking floor then smoke!!!

Horrible
The price was very high to begin with. Once taxes, fees and parking were added - absolutely unreasonable! Parking ramp was NOT accessable from the hotel, only from the street. Complimentary breakfast was a JOKE (stale bagels). Room was unacceptable. ...

They have large clean rooms. I have always thought of Comfort Inn as a budget hotel. This seemed to be a much nicer hotel. I was very pleased with the property and the location was great.
It was a nicely laid out room plan, that was pleasant, relaxing and comfortable to be in. It also had a nice view of the city which I could see while sitting on the sofa.
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
