Everything was great, for a hotel under reconstruction.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn and Suites Birmingham.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

65 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel was located near where we needed to be. It offered a great breakfast as well.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn and Suites Birmingham.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Directions from MapQuest were hard to follow. But the hotel itself was nice, convenient to where we needed to go. There's a breakfast bar and friendly staff there.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn and Suites Birmingham.
I might recommend it to friends.

40 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for business

The location was convenient but in a heavy traffic area. Even with traffic lights it was hard to pull into traffic. The view from my room was a cement wall, which was the only bad thing about the hotel.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn and Suites Birmingham.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was extremely pleased. The staff was courteous and eager to help. The hotel's location was excellent: seven to ten minutes away from downtown Birmingham.

This hotel made me feel respected: Although I was budget minded, the clerk did not make me feel cheap and was eager to try and accommodate me.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn and Suites Birmingham.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
