Comfort Inn and Suites Airport West Millbrae Hotel

We had problems with the key card not being programmed correctly and we had to repeatedly go down to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. I feel that the staff did not do anything to assist us and prevent the error from reoccurring and because it was a repetitive problem, I felt that the staff should have done something above and beyond to apologize or make it up to us for the inconveniences, but they did not even act like we were inconvenienced in any way.

I liked the hotel's pleasant decor, big rooms, and good breakfast.

It was a room with a bath and a lock on the door near where I wanted to be.
