This hotel was very clean and what I expected it wasn't that far from downtown and was in a quite area.

We were looking for a good hotel central to tourists spots in Memphis. The staff here was very courteous, picked us from the airport and even took us to Graceland for free.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and had clean linen, something which is very important for me and my family. The breakfast was really nice, had a lot more than a regular continental b/f (eggs, waffles, french toast, etc).

More than anything, the staff was very helpful and I absolutely loved staying there. We will stay here again on my next trip to Memphis.

It’s a great place. Too bad they sold out to someone else.

As of today it is no longer Baymont Inn. Days Inn bought them out. As long as they keep the same staff, I will probably go back there when I visit Memphis.

Every morning I was greeted with a sincere Good Morning. The people there, every one of the workers, made you feel they were glad you were there.

I felt as thought no one could possibly have caused me harm or discomfort.

The room had a huge hole in the wall and was supposed to have been remodled already. There were no towels in the room and no one could bring us any since they are under staffed. Maybe they could get a better maid staff. But the front desk girs were...

Baymont Inn is a nice chain. I wish there were more of them. They have nice mini suites for the price.
