The staff was friendly, but the room was not very clean and the tub floor made you feel like it would fall in at any second. Way to loud to sleep at night. I will not return to this hotel.
We stayed at Syracuse Comfort Inn/Airport with our son during a university visit. The room was very clean and comfortable. The king bed for parents and the sofa bed for our son was a nice room configuration for families. The pool area was lovely, open and clean. Breakfast was good and eating area clean and comfy with lots of TVs for morning show viewing. The staff was friendly.

They have a nice indoor pool which my grand kids enjoyed and a wonderful complimentary breakfast each morning. X was a nice young man and assisted me with my luggage to my room.
