56 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hot tub had a scum ring around it that was disgusting and there were old cigerette butts in and around the tub, there were no towels in the pool area. The locks to the pool doors were broken so the only way back to the room was through the parking lot. The party that was going on in the pool area included open sex and drinking. The front desk refused to help and after getting false phone numbers from the front desk to contact the owner/manager we finally found the infomation on the internet. The owners/managers suggestion when we told him of the problems was that he can't control the guest AND we should call the police. The trouble was the phone[s] he told us to call from didn't work! Better choices across the street for the same price....
