Wanted to be close to family so we chose this hotel. Only 7 months open and the rooms were falling apart. We moved three times the first night. Staff let us look for another room, but they were obviously annoyed that we wanted to move. Heat didn't work in two rooms, toilet seats loose, tub fixtures cheap and leaked water from shower head while taking a bath, strong smoke and construction smells in 5th floor room; hair dryer outlet was dead in third room, so no hair dryer. Some rooms seemed to have wireless internet, some didn't. We spent the second night with a noisy H.S. basketball team on our floor. Called the desk three times before 1:00 a.m. One of the two elevators stopped working one evening; we happened to be on it at the time!! If you have a choice, pick anywhere but this hotel. A very noisy place; the doors slam each time anyone comes and goes from rooms. The only good thing about it was the Dunkin Doughnuts in the same parking lot. Never again!
