The location was convenient to the beach and the continental breakfast was adequate. We stayed three nights, Thursday thru Saturday. The first night was horrendous, there were guests in the room above us were noisy, they were running up the hallway and banging on walls from about 8 pm. At 10 pm, I tried to call the front office, but the room phone would not work.

I finally contacted the front office on my cell phone and complained about the noise. The clerk said he would look into it. At 11:15 pm, I walked to front desk. the clerk said he would call the occupants again. He explained that there had been a late check-in and they were probably settling in for the night. I reminded him it had been going on for some time. I personally went to the room above, there were two adult women in the hallway, with the door open, there were about 4 or 5 children playing in the room. It was a group of 2 or 3 rooms and they promised to quiet down. The noise continued sporadically until about 2 am. The next morning we requested and were granted a room change. At check-out, I reminded the clerk about

thursday night's disturbance and requested a comp, but he offered nothing. In the new room, the bath fan did not work and entry light bulb was out. There is a $1.00 daily safe charged, whether it's been used or not. We will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.
