The Comfort Inn & Suites is perfectly located for exploring Victoria and is tucked away on Victoria`s quiet, picturesque Gorge Waterway. The hotel is just minutes from downtown and major attractions but in a peaceful area. The rooms are clean and equipped with the essentials and there are some useful ammenties at the hotel too. Such as a large, heated outdoor pool and a lovel outdoor patio overlooking the water, and guest laundry. If you don't want to head into town to eat, there's a restaurant on site. The staff have a good knowledge of the local area and are always willing to help.

Excellent
We were on a ten day vacation to BC and I had made reservations for a queen mini-suite at this hotel. We arrived before check in time but the desk clerk was gracious and called to see if our room was ready. To our delight it turned out to be a one...
29 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
One of the worst hotels Ive stayed at for the longest time. I had booked my room weeks in advance and when I got there they told me that they had no record of it. So I had to wait for them to look through files and in the end, after 2 hours, they finally gave me a room. When I got to the room, they were still organizing it, obviously someone had just checked out and they were fixing up the room for me. I was not too happy about that. Then when I went to take a shower, there wasnt even soap or towels. I was extremely disappointed with the service that was provided. The only thing the hotel had going for it was the location.

We stayed in the cottages for an extended stay. The cottages are shore side and the view is wonderful and serene. Lots of interesting birds visit the area and the dragon boat rowing clubs practice there. The trees and Gorge give you a feeling of being off in a secluded area.
You are located only minutes from downtown Victoria. There is the famous gallopping goose trail very close by and they are adjacent to a historical school house and farm house. Both offer tours and are really interesting.
The hotel staff was very helpful and full of ideas on local attractions to visit. Checking in and out was very quick and there was tons of parking.
We found everything to be very clean and the area was quiet at night. Lots of towels and sundries provided too.
