Just stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites PGH. I was in a newly renovated, clean room and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and shape of the hotel
Junky. 3 minutes in the room, grabbed a towel from the towel bar and the bar fell apart, one of the wall mounts went straight to the toilet. Non smoking room seemed to have hint of smoke smell. Pullout sofa bed was HORRIBLE. The kids were going to s

The lounge was very nice and room was clean! Not a lot of parking. The hotel room was small but very clean. We got back from the game and to our surprise the lounge attached to the hotel served food until midnight and stayed open until 2 am, many...

Very helpful. The bathroom was disgusting-moldy, bulging tile. Pool was not heated and dirty. For a last minute trip this was the only hotel available in the area. It was not clean, but the service was good when we needed directions, a non-smoking...

Okay
The staff was very helpful. The air conditioner wasn't working properly, stains in the room, people roaming the halls that weren't staying there. This hotel is for people who do not plan on making their hotel a big part of their trip.

Good
The rooms were clean and the AC worked well. The hotel from outside of my room looked like it needed some work. If you're doing a one to two night stay, its perfect. Otherwise I would not advise it, especially not for a romantic setting.

Horrible
It was close to where I needed to go.Need serious renovation now. Very poor review. Not a good experience. Will never stay at another comfort hotel again. Will also recommend to family and friends not to stay at a comfort hotel.
We reserved a room for 2 nights and was told that our room was a refurbished room. My husband and 5 year old daughter checked in at 11:30 at night, unfortunately. When we opened the door to the room, it was unbearably hot and I couldn't find a light switch. The sofa bed that my daughter had to sleep in was broken. The bathroom was a wreck! The sink had a piece missing. The door scraped on the floor. The door couldn't close all the way and it had no latch or lock. The shower curtain rod was loose on the wall. The toilet was not secured to the floor and the lid wouldn't stay open for my husband. Sometime around 4:30 in the morning people checked into the room across from us and were screaming and obviously drunk. That went on until 6:30 even though I called the front desk. We got up at 7 am and checked out. The room price was $140. We went to the Radisson a few miles away and got a lovely room for under $100. After complaining, the manager gave us a full refund. I called AAA and suggested that they might want to take away their AAA rating.

This hotel was dirty. Not handicap accessible. Staff seemed not to know where they worked or anything about the services of the hotel. Room was small and not clean. Bedding, furniture, etc. all need updating. Would not return.
