Excellent
We found everyone very helpful, the breakfasts were very good, the room was clean, well equipped and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It's in a good location if you have transport, but we had thought we could use public transport which was...
I had to go to Denver for a conference in the downtown area and so, went searching for a decent hotel at a good rate. All the properties downtown were out of my price range. After expanding my search, I ran across a few about 10 miles from downtown...
I booked at this hotel using Travelocity (something i rarely do) for a soccer game at the new stadium which is conviniently down the street (Dicks Sporting Good Sports Complex) i was wonderfully suprised to find that this hotel was clean, comfortable, and queit considering that it is only a few blocks off the highway. The front desk staff is very attentive and when i requested a room on an upper level, away from the elevator and with a balcony they were quick to accomodate my requests! The breakfast has a good selection i like the western omlettes! A pool or spa would have been a nice touch! Overall i had a great stay the beds are amazingly comfortable and plush! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value, friendly and compotent staff.
33 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business
I was in Denver the weekend of July 19 and all hotels in the area where i needed to be were sold out or way too expensive for there was some kind of Music Festival in town. I searched around and found the Comfort Inn and Suites hotel on Quebec st. When i approached the desk to ask for vacancy they said they too were sold out i was about to walk away when the front desk lady stopped me and told me that if i left my name and contact number they would contact me if they had any cancellations, i thought "ya right" but i left my information anyway. I never expected to get a call back but sure enought 3 hours later that same lady called to tell me they had a cancellation for 1 room suite, i didn't need a suite but was desperate for a place to stay overnight so i took it. I was amazed that this young lady went out of a way to accomodate me! I was very impressed with the quality of their staff, the breakfast had a good selection, the fresh fruit and waffles are great! The beds are wonderful! Very comfortable and clean rooms. All in all, my experience at this particular Choice Hotels property was great! I will certainly stay at this location each time i am in Denver and would recommend this hotel to friends, family and co-workers.

Horrible
I discovered after checking out that had left several items behind. When I contacted the hotel the morning after checkout, they said nothing was found, but didn't ask for a description of what they were looking for. Both corporate and the GM of that ...

The room and stay was fine. It was very close to my client but not much to choose from for dining or activities. However, after checking out, I discovered the next morning that I left some items in the closet. When I called, the front desk assured me that nothing was found and the staff would not have taken anything. However, after 3 phone calls to the hotel and 2 emails to corporate customer service, I am still without the items and have not gotten a response from hotel staff/management or their corporate office. It is facinating to discover that clothes and items can simply disappear when left at this hotel.
I am not likely
to return to the Comfort Inn & Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.
Wonderful Staff, great service all around!

Mediocre
Even with a map, we had a hard time getting to the hotel. It's in kind of an awkward spot between merging freeways. I had reserved a king bed, but room assigned to us had a full, also a big rip in the carpet and shabby furnishings overall. When I ...
