HI Express was practical because it was close to the destinations we wanted to see. It was very reasonably priced. However, it was in a bad, poor, dirty area.

It was convenient, practical, not fancy, but I don't need it to be. I'd prefer a less expensive place, but we got a quite large room. I liked the free breakfast.
