Horrible
The parking lot was uncomfortable, I felt unsafe with the individual who drove through the parking area. The room was only cleaned two day of the entire trip; no option for limited service. The pillows were HARD and the sheets unclean.

Do not stay here. I have NEVER experienced such a complete and total lack of customer service as I did at this hotel. We had guaranteed reservations confirmed with our credit card AND we called the day of our arrival to remind them that we were arriving late with very small children following a day's worth of driving. We arrived very late to find our room sold out from under us with nowhere else to go. We ended up driving an additional six hours deep into Georgia to find accomodations because it was Spring Break. I've attempted to contact the manager REPEATEDLY to voice my complaint and he has been completely unresponsive. The staff member at the desk was unhelpful and apparently had her own personal "guests" at the time of our arrival. These "guests" actually chimed in on the staff person's feeble explanations as to why we had no room. Apparently, we were not the first to arrive to find our room gone. The entry and areas surrounding the facility were dirty and unkempt. In hindsight, I'm actually thankful to have driven all night and had my children sleeping in our vehicle rather than this extremely poor excuse for a hotel. It also smelled. My advice would be to drive right on by...sleep in your car if you have to. This place is awful.
I am not likely
to return to the Comfort Inn & Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Good
This hotel was a pretty good value. You can tell the hotel has been remodeling. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Kind of a strange layout though. Outdoor pool only which was not open when we stayed.
Room was old, smelly and not very clean.

Mediocre
Room was old, smelly and not very clean. Floor was filthy. Shower head practically came off. I had to work on it myself to get it functioning. Sheets looked old and worn! Family was very dissapointed and vowed to never stay there...

Very nice environment in a pleasing hotel with a great staff. Their hot breakfast is delighting. I will be back to this hotel next year for a longer stay.
