Open in 2006, this is the newest hotel in Talaquah. The Comfort Inn and Suites is in the heart of Cherokee Nation capital. All rooms include microwave, refrigerators, iron and ironing boards, hard wired and wireless high speed internet access and coffee makers. We have a free continental breakfast, business center, fitness room, indoor pool and hot tub on premises and whirlpool rooms available in some rooms. 80 percent of our rooms are non-smoking. Area attractions include but are not limited to historical Cherokee land, water sports on the Illinois River, Casinos and the Trail of Tears. Great restuarants within a short distance from hotel.
Choice
Double billed (Once from expedia and once from the Hotel). It was a huge hassle and took over 2 hours to get the charges refunded (Expedia finally had to do it because the hotel refused to do so.) Trust me, if you want any relaxation on your stay
59 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room had dirty carpet. We were told the shower was handicap accessable.
It might be if you have legs and two arms. It certainly isn't for a triple amputee. They didn't even have a shower chair. If you are seriously handicapped, stay away from this hotel.
