The hot tub was used as an ashtray, there were no towels in the pool area. The locks to the pool doors were broken so the only way back to the room was through the parking lot. The front desk refused to help and after getting false phone numbers from the front desk to contact the owner/manager we finally found the infomation on the internet. The owners/managers suggestion when we told him of the problems was that he can't control the guest AND we should call the police. The trouble was the phone[s] he told us to call from didn't work! Better choices across the street for the same price....

The positives: Our room was acceptably clean and the furnishings other than the carpet seemed fairly new. It was convenient to have a microwave and small fridge in the room. The hotel location was good for us.

The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. he service was way above average in friendliness and helpfulness. Good continental breakfast. The only thing that would keep it from an excellent rating would be a burned out light bulb. ...
