50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We decided not to stay at this hotel as the desk clerk said they had raised their prices due to a sporting event, not to mention it was loud, etc.
She was supposed to clear our credit card but instead charged it, she said she'd have her manager check it in the morning. Our statement came and on it was the charge. It was never fixed. The manager acted like she knew nothing about the problem even after 3 phone calls and a fax. Communication and or follow up seems to be lacking with the staff and management.
