I stay at this hotel 2-3 times a month on business. They always have fresh baked cookies for me at check-in, the staff is extremely friendly and more importantly the rooms are always clean.

Horrible
I wrote the previous good review for 10/06. Stayed here thu past year but no more. The MANAGER greeted us & before we could check in he answered the phone, then put the call on hold to answer a 2nd call, then went back to the 1st call. Left us...

We booked this motel through Expedia and showed up to find that our double non-smoking room was in their computer as a smoking room. There were no non-smoking rooms available. Suspiciously, this happened to be a weekend when there were basketball...
Loved everything about it! Beds extremely comfy, very clean rooms, friendly staff, good value, close to mall. I rate this hotel #1 in Sioux City. We stay here about four times per year.
