My son was leaving Alaska to return home and I made the reservation for him. Felix was so helpful and made me feel that he would enjoy his stay there. My son said the staff was very accommodating and friendly. He enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the more than ample room. Their driver had not showed up on the morning of departure for the shuttle to airport, so this wonderful hotel hired taxi's to take all passengers to the airport, IMAGINE THAT!!!! What a wonderful place to stay, well located as well, don't hesitate to stay here! Thanks Comfort Inn!

Excellent, except location. Everything about this hotel was great - including price. However, it is right next to the train station. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider ear plugs. Although I would stay again, I'd remember ear plugs. The only thing that bothered me was the train whistles all night. But, I have no complaints whatsoever about the room, service, amenities, price, etc. The bathroom even had a whirlpool tub. It was within walking distance of everything we needed.

The motel was exceptional. Rooms were large, clean and furnished well. Conteniental breakfast was vey good and had an excellent choice of foods. The courtesy van also was a plus! Staff was very friendly and responsive to questions and requests.

The location was within walking distance from the railroad station. It was very comfortable and the personnel was great. I would recommend this location if you are traveling by train. We were very pleased with the information and the advice given to us about city travel, entertainment and eating places. We are looking forward to a return visit to Alaska in about three years.

The room was large enough to move around in and not bump into each other. The bed was comfortable. They served a great breakfast buffet each morning. The lobby was large, well decorated and it had comfortable furniture that just seemed to invite you to linger there. The staff was friendly and polite, seemingly eager to assist you if needed.

It was a superior experience. We spent four nights there and we were pleased with everything including the breakfasts. I would recommend this hotel above all the others we stayed at during this twelve day trip.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. No outside noise nor noise from other rooms was experienced. They were very accommodating abut our need to store luggage while we were away on a cruise for two nights.
