66 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The family who ran the motel was marvelous. They were most interested in pleasing the guests. The employees were friendly and efficient.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The automated wake-up call was not working. The manager phoned us himself very early the next morning so we could be on our way.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Richmond.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was good, we did ask for a recommendation for a local hometown restaurant and the desk clerk could not give us any, she recommended a franchise rest, so we had to find one on our own.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Richmond.
I might recommend it to friends.

67 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business

Though it was a non-smoking room, someone had recently smoked in it and I am allergic to smoke. They tried to spray but it was still there. The second night the staff thought it was okay, but it still wasn't and they did not offer to move me to another room. I had a stuffy head, headache, and watery eyes that prevailed through the weekend!

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Richmond.
I might recommend it to friends.
