We had complicated bookings due to two groups, whenever we called the staff was very helpful in checking our booking, recommending airport shuttle services, etc. There was a problem with our roomkeys/door and the desk staff was very patient and good-natured throughout (turned out to be a battery in the electronic lock).
Beds were comfortable and clean, pool area was clean and pleasant. They had a portable crib for my infant.
Continental breakfast is more than I expected, with make your own waffles and assorted pastry, breads, oatmeal, and fruit. Waffles are a nice touch.
It was also nice to have complimentary computer use in the lobby for checking airline schedules, etc. They may have wifi but we had no laptop to see.
Cons: I had thought my single room had a king bed, it was just a full. Still comfortable though. Some furniture (chairs and table) seemed worn. In conversation however they mentioned they are remodeling each room gradually.
