44 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I liked the price and the niceness of the people. I liked that they let me have my four dogs stay with us for a small fee. We were evacuated because of a flood and it was an emergency to stay there. I was upset because we were charged for two days when we only went over the time of check out by two hours.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Port Jervis.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was fine. We often stay at Comfort Inn hotels and we needed to stay at this location on the way back home from a long vacation in Maine.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Port Jervis.
I would not recommend it to friends.

You need to call three months in advance during the peak seasons.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very accommodating to me and my pregnant wife. They were very respectful and courteous.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Port Jervis.
