37 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The curtains were falling down, the cover on the heating unit was coming off and it wasn't cleaned very well.

This hotel is not maintained well. I read reviews from 2 years ago about them having Scabies there.

I did not experience scabies, but I can see how things got out of hand. They do not address issues. They do not seem to be very professional.

The person at the front desk was nice, but I would stay elsewhere. There are lots better hotels in this area.

We had a bad experience checking into another hotel and this one accommodated us very quickly for the same price with a larger room. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to restaurants and shopping.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They treated us like we had had a reservation for weeks and they checked us in efficiently.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Plano.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is nice, clean, efficient, and close to my corporate office and nice restaurants.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Plano.
