I happened to stay at this place and it wasn't all too bad.The staff was helpful and friendly.The breakfast offered was good.It is well located and a short walking distance to the heart of Palm Springs.Room was clean and bed was comfortable.Also...

Old stinky dirty dark dank rooms. Bedspreads filthy. Uneasy feeling sitting on anything in room. Very little in the way of soundproofing...listen to your neighbors...
