THE STAFF WERE GREAT AND FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON THEIR FACE. THE MAIN WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK ASKED ME MY NAME ONLY ONCE AT CHECK IN AND THE NEXT MORNING WHEN I CAME DOWN FOR BREAKFAST SHE RECALLED IT FROM MEMORY! NOW I DONT KNOW HOW YOU THINK ABOUT THIS AND I DONT CARE BUT IF SOMEONE IS SO CONCERNED ABOUT REMEMBERING THEIR GUESTS NAMES IT SHOWS THAT THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU AND WANT YOU TO HAVE A GOOD STAY. NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THEY SEEM NOT TO BE BRINGING THEIR PERSONAL LIFE TO WORK TO BOTHER THEM SO THAT THEY CAN GIVE YOU THE ATTENTION THAT YOU DESERVE AS A PAYING CUSTOMER. ALL IN ALL I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS COMFORT INN ON 341 PARK AVENUE, ORANGE- PARK FLORIDA TO ANYBODY IN THIS NECK OF THE WOODS AND I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN NEXT TIME I'M IN THIS AERA.
We have stayed at this hotel many times, and we are always treated special.
The last time we stayed we had a small problem which was rapidly resolved.
My company uses Comfort Inn as one of our base hotels when we have business in the Jacksonville area....we love this place because as Military, we are just a few minutes away from the base, And also because we love to relax at the Greyhound dog races, which is just a short walk down the street. If you ever have any problems with your room, just inform management and you have my word, they will be there for you....we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

My room was cleaned. All the staff was the friendliness I have seen anywhere.There were no dislikes. I would us we this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

Horrible

38 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for business
A warm hospitality from the front desk itself satisfied me a lot. The comforts of the room and other amenities were superb. Definitely a good bet for the budget traveler.

The hotel was close to shopping, restaurant and the beaches.The lounge/Bar was quite noisy. I would stay again very clean and the service was pleasant.
