This is a very nice, economical, friendly and clean hotel. Right next to the beach you can't beat it. This is written by a person who has been coming to this hotel for eight years and whether spring, summer, fall and winter, and have enjoyed every visit. Every time I travel I look forward to the faces and kind personalities who greet me with every trip. Keep up the good work and my prayers are with you over your recent loss.

A man entered our room in the night, even though the door was locked. When my husband got him out, I heard a woman scream down the hall. We called the front desk and they said that they have no security at night but that the police had already been called. They were unconcerned and everyone had to wait until the police arrived.

to return to the Comfort Inn Oceanfront.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This is a clean hotel, and the staff was very helpful. It’s a $10 cab fee into the Jacksonville area. It was recently remodeled. I stayed in a pool view room, and I would definitely recommend it. The view was gorgeous. Their amenities included up-to-date furniture, microwave, and a fridge. It’s a perfect hotel location. It’s right on the beach, and just a couple of blocks away there is a bar/restaurant district including Sneakers (sports bar/grill) and Joe's Crab Shack right on the beach. No need for leaving the area really. I had no complaints!
