The hotel itself is ok,the breakfest in the morning fair to poor,but the worst thing is the park and fly ride. My family, and I put in the night before for the ride to the airport the night before we left, we end up jammed in a van with 14 people that was made for 8.I ask the van driver if this was safe,and if another van could be use, his comment was one more one less who cares get in or get left. my 14 yr old girl had to sit on her mother's lap,and i was half on half off the rear seat,then ripped my coat getting out.Then the driver wanted a tip. The return ride was no better the van was full we left the airport, the driver get a radio call half way there, turns around to jam two more in a full van,and this one had the idea he should get a tip to which was no!!! to both.

It was ok. The room was as expected. The staff was helpful.

If you have to fly out of O'Hare, use the park 'n fly special at Comfort Inn. Your car stays safe at the hotel, the hotel will drive you to your terminal and pick you up for free!

Note: be sure to schedule your ride at check-in, some busy mornings the van will be full and you could miss your plane (or have to pay money for a cab).

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are standard budget hotel rooms - nothing to write home about.

I felt the furniture was very worn and had a lot of cigarette burns. The carpet did not appear to be very clean. The facilities were not unacceptable, but I felt there could have been better maintenance.

I was in town for a conference for the weekend and needed a place to stay that was clean, and fairly priced. Comfort Inn provided that.
