It has always been a very pleasant experience.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They found my reservation right away, were very helpful with directions to the room, informed me of the spa location, explained the continental breakfast in detail, and said to call the front desk if I needed anything.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Norwalk.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
