68 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I stay at this motel often. I am usually with a group of students and have developed a near personal relationship with the people at the motel. My reservations are simply a phone call giving my name and number of rooms I need - it takes about a minute. I have never been disappointed with the people or the facility.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn North Sioux City.
I might recommend it to friends.

It's clean, well-kept and maintained. It has a friendly and personable staff. I like the good rate and the good breakfast. It's in a good location for what I was in town for. I enjoyed the good bed and the pleasantly clean smell.
