When calling for reservations, I had a coupon for 50% off. I was told I could use the coupon and given a range of prices depending on the day. Once my husband and I got there, we stood in the line 35 minutes and then we were told we couldn't use the coupon. Finally, management agreed to a price.
Our room was not the room we reserved, but we did not complain. In addition, lights didn't work in our room and we found a dead bug on the floor.
The day we signed out, we were given a bill of $16. Realizing the company made an error, I brought it to their attention. Once I did this, they wanted us to pay full price again. We left the hotel with the manager stating someone would call us first, then fax the invoice to us to sign and then we'd fax it back. Then the credit card would be charged. Wrong again. Our credit card company now showed us a charge of regular price.
Their service was bad, location is good since it is by Interstate 4. Be aware if you ever use a coupon that you'll have problems! Management doesn't believe in good customer service.
