Comfort Inn North Orlando Hotel

The staff was friendly and courteous. However, I was disappointed that the Internet in my room never worked my entire trip. I was also annoyed that there was a fire alarm at 6:00 am the first night I stayed there. For your information, Lee Road is known as a not so good neighborhood even though I did not have any problems. The room was kind of clean, but had a funky odor to it.

I liked this hotel because it was located close to downtown Orlando, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and the room was very comfortable and clean.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the linen was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. There was a coffee pot in the room with coffee, sugar and cream included which made me feel more at home, because I could sit at the table and read my morning paper with a cup of hot coffee.

It was great, the location was great and the staff was awesome.

I had no problems with the service or anything else there.

When calling for reservations, I had a coupon for 50% off. I was told I could use the coupon and given a range of prices depending on the day. Once my husband and I got there, we stood in the line 35 minutes and then we were told we couldn't use the coupon. Finally, management agreed to a price.

Our room was not the room we reserved, but we did not complain. In addition, lights didn't work in our room and we found a dead bug on the floor.

The day we signed out, we were given a bill of $16. Realizing the company made an error, I brought it to their attention. Once I did this, they wanted us to pay full price again. We left the hotel with the manager stating someone would call us first, then fax the invoice to us to sign and then we'd fax it back. Then the credit card would be charged. Wrong again. Our credit card company now showed us a charge of regular price.

Their service was bad, location is good since it is by Interstate 4. Be aware if you ever use a coupon that you'll have problems! Management doesn't believe in good customer service.
