This hotel made me feel important: They were happy to help with directions around the area, and even offered to lead me there at the end of the shift.

It was a find in the middle of Manhattan. Clean, comfortable and near the theater district. Breakfast is a plus, too.
This hotel made me feel content: The reservations were handled efficiently. Easy to get to our room. It was convenient to where we wanted to go and clean.
