Comfort Inn New Cumberland Motel

Stayed 3 nights. Frist room smelled bad so got a different room, second room had no working air conditioner, no soap, no tv remote and was not clean.

Got moved the 3rd night and that room was small but clean and everything worked.

They said that they had a heated pool and the pool was not heated. they had spiders all over the place, you had to beg someone for more than 1 bar of soap (with 3 people in a room) and to top if off - my daughter had an accident in the middle of the night and when i went to the front desk to get clean linens they told me if i wanted clean linens i had to bring down everything soiled from the 3rd floor to the linen room myself - no customer service at all.

Every thing was neat, clean, and comfortable. We had no problems.

I have stayed here many times and enjoy its location near Interstate 83. It is nicely situated south of Harrisburg and north of York. It has a very friendly staff, a free breakfast, and clean rooms at a reasonable price.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Even though we were just two old men on Harley Davidsons coming in out of a rainstorm, the clerk greeted us warmly.
