The front desk staff was wonderful. I needed help with locating a car rental agency and she helped me. She was so busy but she was so patient with me. The rooms were super nice.

The hotel was so much nicer than I expected for a discount chain. The staff was wonderful.

We got in late and got up early. We did not go to any of their restaurants, bars, gym or pool. They were nice about telling us how the key to the door was tricky. They also told us they put us in a room not near the ice machine so we could sleep without hearing people filling their ice buckets. We thought that was nice!

The hotel was not clean. The water was not hot. The desk clerk was rude.

The TV cable was broken and it took ten min to be replaced.

Coffee pot was missing pieces, bugs in our room, We had to ask for paper products for our room.

The staff called me Missis and inquired if I needed assistance with my suitcase. They were always polite and well mannered.
