This Comfort Inn has no air conditioning in the reception and lounge area. Breakfast is served in the lounge. It was quite uncomfortable to be there and I was told by employees that the air conditioner has been broken for three years and in the winter there is no heat either. The halls were stifling and there was always a problem with the entry cards.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn Mystic.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel content: Reservations were as promised, teriffic checkin clerk, nice greeting, rooms were better than expect and at unexpected proces, especially for the area (mystic commecticut).

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Mystic.

Would highly recommend this comfort inn because it is very near to all attractions and also provided many details about surrounding events, sights, and travel routes.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The facility felt secure, it was quiet and comfortable, very clean. Gave me a warm feeling, like being home.
